Managing Director Spain and practice leader for Strategy and International Business Reviews, Diego Daccarett joined the group in 2009. He brings 15 years of experience in more than 10 countries, leading corporate finance and consulting engagements. Mr. Daccarett holds an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business, and HEC, having majored in Economics and Finance. He also holds a masters degree in economics applied to Latin America among other qualifications. Previously, he worked as a manager in Deloitte Corporate Finance restructuring team in Paris, and as Senior Associate with The Hackett Group-REL, a global strategy business advisory firm. He started his career working on a World Bank project in Lima, Peru.
Managing Director UK in London and Global Head of our Corporate Management line, Jatin trained and qualified as an accountant with Grant Thornton, where he specialised in providing audit and advisory services to both entrepreneurial businesses and public listed companies. He spent four years on secondment to the Paris office, following which he led the UK-France desk which focused on servicing cross-border businesses. Most recently, Jatin was the UK firm’s International Business Director, helping develop and execute the organisation’s global strategy.
A graduate of ESCP Paris Graduate School of Management, Nicolas Ferry has more than 15 years experience in investment banking and strategic and financial consulting in Europe and the United States. After starting his career at Banque Indosuez in 1994, he joined Clinvest – Crédit Lyonnais’ mergers & acquisitions subsidiary in 1998. He relocated to New York from 2001 onwards, first with the M&A boutique Peter J. Solomon Company, and then as part of the M&A team of Société Générale CIB, before joining Pramex International in 2009. During his career, Nicolas Ferry has originated and executed a large number of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, strategic partnerships, financing and greenfield development projects in a wide range of sectors such as distribution and consumer goods, industrials, aerospace and defense, specialty chemicals, medical device and financial services.
